Once upon a time, many years ago, my event decorating passion started when making playful birthday cakes for my young daughters. I loved the gaiety of the cakes that they would request and enjoyed coordinating all of the party particulars for both them and family guests. Before I knew it, I was turning the page and planning my oldest daughter’s wedding. I loved planning it and carrying out her vision to the very last detail. Then, a few chapters later, another life milestone presented itself… to plan my mother’s surprise 80th birthday party—a most momentous occasion. It was then that I realized how much I enjoyed turning celebratory life milestones into extraordinary events where memories can be made. Thus, the story of happily ever after continues!
